My name is Rabbi Moshe Rooshanshad. I came to the Ner Israel Rabbinical College in 1987 and have been a practicing mohel for close to 20 years. I obtained my experience in milah from HaRav Mordechai Sasson Shlita the former Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem and the Israeli Government's supervisor of mohels.
